▪ DESCRIPTION

APARTMENTS NASIMA is part of a residential development throughout the State of Kuwait and 3rd phase of the large architectural development in Rawda. The minimal yet intricate sculptural 6 buildings unfold across 2,250 sqrm site. Each origami fold, each crevice, and each facet delicately allows for privacy, view, and entry into each of the compound’s 12 unit high-end apartment. The light form and calculated crevices of the design allows for a private view, entry and ultimately a shading solution. Each of the 6 unique buildings contain 2 private units with green spaces and outdoor features - a ground floor flat that has a terrace and first floor that has a balcony and a private roof garden for the tenants. The cuts, angles and calculated crevices of the design allows for a private view, and private entries. Furthermore, the wrap of the building allows for open green roofs and an effective shading solution towards sustainability and energy saving.
