▪ DESCRIPTION

LANDSCAPE NASIMA is a hybrid project that utilizes a plot for two functions, one being the landscape and the other is a reception hall. The development that spans 2100 sqrm has a great opportunity to blend the two programs gradually because the plot is long and narrow in proportions. The program of the reception hall bleeds into the urban setting allowing the whole site to speak through one gesture. The material used on the floor on the outside continues to clad the façade and eventually seeps to the inside main halls. As you walk in the site, one will pass through multiple events reaching the main door of the reception hall, and that includes passing the main gate to the planting which is dividing to floral and fruit trees to green shrubs surrounding the outdoor and semi outdoor seating areas. The long axis allow one to gradually walk from end to end allowing maximum view on the water surface base. The reception hall is introduced then with two main rooms that eventually open up to a semi outdoor terrace allowing expansion. The reception hall is also equipped with a guest room and a library / office all back of house necessary program.
