▪ DESCRIPTION

RESORT NASIMA is part of a residential development throughout the State of Kuwait. This Architectural eruption expresses a majestic intertwined journey throughout the premise circulating between 5 independent units. This stone fortifying intricacy guides and embraces recreational diversity, engagement with the sea and views on one end, yet balances each part's privacy on another, allowing openness and revealing opulence. As the site is long and narrow, the challenge of the project was to fit in all the required program that allows the owners and renters to come at the same with semi-full privacy from the same entrance. The project is zoned into 3 parts, the water front that has two independent units with a ground floor that contains the living room, kitchen, and all the amenities, white the top floor has 3 en-suite bedrooms. The back part contains 3 floors that starting with a ground floor that has a reception hall and a reception dining with all its amenities and an indoor swimming pool / spa for the owners. The 1st floor has two wings with 3 bedrooms each tied with a reception / living room in the middle, and of course the penthouse on the top floor. The whole premise is stitched with a landscaping and an infinity pool on the front and access to the beach. The building hovers on water channels as its cantilevered on the entrance and at the sea side with low glazing for less exposure yet allowing light to reflect from the water.
